Do you have to pay for the instructional videos separately?

No, you don't have to pay for the instructional videos.  The instructional videos are free and always will be.  Just enter an email address to access the instructional videos on our website.  These instructional videos can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the product or the product insert.  We are committed to expanding our instructional video library and notify our product users of video updates via email.

I have been using the tool and rarely use the bottom lever plate.  It works great alone. Is there a time when you shift to using both plates at once?

The top "Fin Blade" plate that you are currently using is more than enough, by itself, to successfully treat all of the muscles that make up the "Basic Routine”.  The bottom "Lever Plate" is there to intensify the therapeutic effect of the top plate with extra “cross-fiber friction” action, but using it might be slightly uncomfortable initially for people who are injured or have flexibility issues.

The good news is that you can work up to using the "Lever Plate" once you feel that you have successfully treated the muscles of the “Basic Routine” with the “Fin Blade” plate. This is an excellent strategy.  In short, shift to using the "Lever Plate" when you are ready...you'll know when by listening to your body.  You definitely want to take advantage of the "Lever Plate" as soon as you can with the psoas muscles to open them completely.
