Having had my hair sent off for anaylsis to find out what I am deficient in ( I have fibromyalgia and the dr just laughed at me when I requested various tests for these things), i discovered I was not only deficient in some minerals but lacking completely. This mix is perfect for me , and does seem to make a difference.

i have been trying to get a decent high dose mineral supp and this is close and i know its real as i broke open the capsules and tasted it and it dissovles in water.as to how well it it is absobed only time will tell.my only gripe is they are very expensive and i f i am not getting some benifts i am not going to fork out £32.00 a mounth.so watch this space.
