Good quality. I like these Diaz’s because I have an injured knee so when getting off the mat and rolling over to get in kneeling position I’m on the soft mat, not hard floor.

I got this mat on a great sale and honestly I couldn’t be more happy. It is sturdy yet soft. There’s enough cushion to comfortably do your workout and more than enough space to move vertically and horizontally. Best decision ever was getting a wider mat. My boyfriend even joins me for couples stretches and we both have enough space to be comfortable. It works for my pilates and his calisthenics workouts. Highly recommend !

A lot of the room and comfortable

I can't believe they used such unbelievably cheap material and charged so much. The material is too light. When I lay it out, it just rolls right back up. I travel to the gym with it. I'm not going to keep it stored flat. So I'd have to spend an entire workout fighting that damn mat. No thanks. I really can't believe they'd charge so much for such cheap material. I'm probably going to return this tomorrow.

I wanted an oversized exercise mat and this is perfect. It looks great and is very durable, even after a year of regular use. Recommended!

It is large enough to cushion light floor exercises, such as as crunches and push ups. However, the material is different from other smaller mats I've purchased. I needed the size and happy over all.
