So far very happy with this product. I’ve had for some time and it seems to outlast all of the other ones I’ve had that are similar. Easily adjustable, seems fairly sharp, not too loud, easy to use, fits in my hand well. Overall satisfied so far. Battery lasts relatively long as well.

Been thru a lot of different pairs, from cutting my hair for 30yrs, friends, and the kids! So far this is the best for fading! Charges fast and hold the charge. Cuts well and doesn’t pull.

Very well made shaver and comes with a lot of attachments. Having a light that indicates charging is nice as I’ve had others which did not. Charges quickly and seems to last. A major issue is with the cutting guard. The dial wheel adjustment is a cool feature, but You have to be VERY CAREFUL while using it because it is very easy to unintentionally move the guard and you end up shaving down to skin. I’ve done this a couple of times when doing body hair trimming.

Replaced my Norelco with this, and it's a very solid razor for all around general use. I haven't personally dabbled with very thin lines or anything, but it works as one would expect.

Great product, the battery stays charged for a long time.

If you'd like to shave random patches of the beard you painstakingly grew off out off nowhere, this is the trimmer for you! Not to mention that the awkward, open-ended design of the guards leads to uneven trimming in places where the hair growth direction changes. That's present in any trimmer, and obviously you have to learn how to shave and trim properly - but it's much, much worse with this one than any other trimmer I've ever used.Between that and the guard itself randomly popping off for the adjustable guard just collapsing into the lowest setting during trimming, this trimmer is a great way to end up with the most ridiculous, patchy beard on the planet - or just having to shave the whole damn thing off and start over.After the third time it happened to me in 6 months, I threw it away. It's never happened to me a single time with any other trimmer I've ever owned in the 26 years I've been shaving, b and it happened to me three times in 6 months with this one.Maybe I just got a defective one, but it's enough of a pain in the neck that I'm not willing to give them a second chance.The only redeeming feature is that the sensitive areas / body hair trimmer did seem to work pretty well. It doesn't work as well as purpose-built sensitive area trimmers though, so do yourself a favor and get a better beard trimmer and something separate for down there.

Works great, has not jammed or not cut. Love the portability of this unit. Love the adjustment in height for cutting length. Really easy to use. I have used it several time and still not had to recharge it.Recommend this and would buy it again.

Love this trimmer, especially the contour attachment as it gets in deeper than the normal one. Be careful about the 0.5 setting though as it seems to be basically 0.
