THE BEST LAPTOP UNDER 55K
The build quality of the laptop is quite good feels like premium even though it is made from plastic, the experience on this laptop is just SEAMLESS, the screen feels so smooth especially of you are upgrading from 60hz like myself, the processor speed is as always very good and eficient the main reason for me choosing AMD over Intel was the same performace in lower budget, the graphics is also excellent handling the AAA titles at an average frame rate of ~40-45 in 1080p Medium Settings And around ~30-35 In 1080p High Settings.The keyboard in this thing is phenomenonal if you are a heavy typer like myself then you are absolutely going to love this keyboard especially around this price point.The battery life is also very satisfactory as wears out in 4-5 in typical use and 2-3 hours in gaming.Overall this laptop is really and provides frictionless experience, if you are getting this under 50k like me then there can't be any best deal on this planet that could match this (okay that might be a bit of exagerration but you get my point).I am very happy with this product and big thanks to Amazon for providing seemless product purchase as always.Peace

Gets stuck sometimes
Great product but sometimes when using itIt gets stuck for 2 second which is weird because I have not installed any software or game on it.And sometimes while turning it on using power button it doesn't start in one go.You have to wait for 5-6 seconds and then press power button again.No other fault found till now.

Very good
Been using this for almost a year now and I got to say this is a beast for this money and I can play almost every new AA games with little bit of optimization very smoothly but the fan sound get louder throughout the usage.

Poor HP product quality and worst HP support within warranty
Poor quality, within 7 months purchase, USB slot in non functional. HP service engineer is making excuse that the part is unavailable and want us to visit HP service center. When escalated, HP contact center team is saying that the laptop is purchased from USA or any country out of India. We have shared the invoice but it seems they are trying to wash their hands off
