10 x STERILE 5ML LEUR SLIP SYRINGE

These are great syringes at a great price. I know they are meant to be one use only, but I reuse the same one for the same course of treatment, i.e. the same syringe for my daughter's 7-day antibiotic treatment, then I toss it. I rinse and flush it several times with water.I think these are good quality because the black plunger piece is fitted nicely and seems pretty airtight, and it functions smoothly as well. It is also fairly easy for me to hold in one hand as I sometimes have to hold my daughters hands down with my other hand.After my GP advised me that the best way to give my relucutant 13-month old liquid medication was with a syringe by giving little bits at a time, and that it ok if it takes 5 minutes to give her one dose, I gave up struggling with the spoons that come with medicine. If she tries to knock the syringe out of my hand, the meds can't spill out all over. I can also tell how much she has taken, or not taken, if it is taking a while to give one dose, whereas with a spoon, little bits come out as she rejects the spoon with her tongue and it is just a mess. So with these, I just demonstrate how to open her mouth by saying "Ahh.." and squirt a bit into her cheek pocket, watch her swallow it, then go at it again, with little sips of water in between a few.Highly recommend having a batch of these on hand for anyone with a baby.

So so cheap for exactly what I wanted, to measure out medicine to be taken orally. Other ones we had with the rubber stoppers just fall apart after a few weeks. As these are just plastic I haven’t even broken the first syringe and it gets daily use for months on end. Don’t know how I’ll ever get through the whole pack!Very cheap and worth every penny, would happily pay more for them.

These are very reasonably priced and come with free delivery. The syringes as delivered are not the same as those pictured. However, this turns out to be a good thing from my perspective. The plunger on the syringes delivered are single piece and made of robust plastic - this means that there is no danger that the (rubber) plunger will become dislodged as on other syringes I have purchased (because there isn't one) which renders the syringe useless. I bought these to assist feed a cat in recovery from cancer as she had stopped eating. I prefer this size for feeding her as it fits well in her little mouth and it is easy to handle. She has now started eating again but we still use these to give her top-up feeds and to administer her medication. Eventually the ends become chewed but they last quite a few uses before this happens. I have now bought two packs of these syringes and am likely to buy more. I would definitely recommend these to others who have to assist feed a cat or small(ish) animal.

I use these to dispense my liquid morphine. Stupidly they don't give you any way of measuring the morhine doses, I did have a measuring spoon but kept dropping small amount of morphine.These are perfect and as others have said they don't come apart so they work well.I reuse them, just suck up some water and squirt it back out. Allows you to reuse them again and again.

All good, just what you'd expect.

I needed syringes that would show 1ml for my daughter's medicine, these have been great and easy to use as others have been very stiff.
