Perfect for long-distance cycling
If you’re cycling over 60 miles in a day, then eating a bite of one of these every 20 mins will keep you going all day. One of these bars should last a couple of hours. They taste great and bundled up here, they are also fantastic value.

have only just started using these, eat one after a 10K run twice a week. upto now I an pleased with the product taste nice, and it does seem to help me after runs. I have on repeat order.

Sustained energy and delicious
Cliff bars are great for sustained energy with less of the sugar peaks and lows. 6 months of shelf life remaining on the ones I received. Happy with product as it can be hard to find these outside of hiking or cycling shops.
