So first of all, we bought the chair for about 140 pounds, about 2 weeks ago. We have a very very difficult crying baby, basically me and my wife would spend all day taking turns shaking him to calm him down, otherwise he cries most of the time when he isnt eating or sleeping. Our backs/muscles were getting soar from the weight (he is 6kg for his 2 months) and we had to find solution. This chair will work most of the time, it will put him to sleep and so we have a bit more free time and i went to work after paternity without worrying how my wife would survive the day.There is a flaw like many reviewers mentioned, the straps are very short, i had to use all my brain power to make them tiny bit longer to not be tight on him, otherwise they were unusable. There is no way to extend them unless you would unsew them and sew the new ones because buckling system is unique, there is no hope for any other way of extension like buying any kind of extension straps. By using brain power i mean i had to wrap them around the bedding insert instead of where they actually suppose to go. So the designers properly messed up with straps. If you have a tiny baby or you not worried that your kid will roll out or that the older brother would pull him out, it should be fine.. but chair supposed to handle up to 9kg, our son is only 6kg and original design is too tight and unusable on him.Everything else on the chair is great, there is motor noise, but its like a white noise, i believe it maybe even helping baby to fall asleep.. and its not annoying for us.We would wish there was just up and down function without side to side, but well.. it is what it is and it works... I could spend another 1000 words to describe functions, but they dont really matter for us, - does it calm our baby down and make him fall asleep freeing our hands? Yes, most of the time unless there is really something very wrong, we dont expect super hungry baby to sleep, so it means he needs to be fed or something.

My daughter just love it. I bought it two months ago she is 4 months now and she's still using it. It is easy to assemble, you can vary the speed of the movements, it is not noisy, the chair is easily separated from the base, it has several soundsand it's easy to clean .

My baby loves this! He is a Velcro baby and hates other bouncers but as soon as he’s in this he settles and goes to sleep. Other reviews say this is jolts and isn’t smooth, it is the fist or second time but after that it moves just fine and doesn’t jolt at all! Would 100% recommend

This is the best thing we’ve bought for our newborn. Sometimes it’s the only thing he will settle in, he’s currently suffering from cmpa so can get bad tummy aches and he loves being rocked in this and has his naps in it. Well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone!

Yes it is a but noisy but that’s kind of good background noise for a baby, like vacuuming. Music is annoying but the baby liked it! Honestly was fantastic in the early months, and I still love it. But my tall 4 month old (born8lb10) who’s in 6-9 month clothes, can’t use shoulder straps any longer. Which is a shame because she keeps trying to sit up and topples forward. I want to buy some universal straps just for the shoulders because I really don’t want to pack it all away. I love the height of the seat, you dint have to break your back putting them in like a traditional bouncer. Keeps them higher up and away from pets. Was great at getting newborn to sleep. I don’t really take the top part off the base. I love the neutral colour, so ordered the travel cot too for lounge. Everything else is always grey these days! I would 100% recommend, with the above caveats. Maybe in a month or 2 when my baby is sitting up better, the shoulder straps won’t be so much of a big deal? Not sure about that though….

It worked very well for my one-month-old baby. It is a very nice product for both sleeping and staying calm while awake. In general, the product quality is good.

It's very rigid when moving seems unstable. Straps are shorts. Overall this item is a waste it is also more expensive on here, I only bought it here as it offered payment plan. But it is the worst product for a baby you can buy. It's not smooth music is terrible and sounds underwater. Horrible item. I'm going to get the 4moms. Do not buy this, I should have read the reviews and listened. You are better off investing in the 4moms. It's a nightmare to return since who keeps packaging when you think the item will be in good condition
