Olly Sleep dispelled my previous belief that melatonin didn't work. This supplement works! I use the quick dissolving tabs and they are tasty. The supplements don't prevent me from waking up, for night restroom needs, but I fall right back to sleep. There is a little fog in the morning, but nothing terrible and it shakes of pretty quickly.

Doesn't work quite as well as the one with L Theanine but at least this one is typically in stock! Love how easy the fast dissolve tablets are - no water and they taste great!

It doesn't make you feel sleeping within 15 minute.

Bought theses as an option when we travel as we like the gummies, but they could melt. It too longer than expected to dissolve. They worked well for my husband, but I didn’t find them as useful to getting to sleep.
