Really good camera very good night vision and very light to handle.

I really wanted to love this camera, but unfortunately I think it's a case of you get what you pay for. The external mic didn't work, and the sound quality without it was tinny and muffled. The battery life wasn't great, although it's great that it comes with a spare. The picture quality is worse than you'd get on most phones. The still is from a full HD recording, I tried 4K but the footage looked like it had a strobe effect on it.

No problems with it fantastic

I can say from the beginning that this is not a video cam for professionals but more a starter kit for learning how to record videos, take photos, learn how to hold the camera steadily while filming, zoom in and out, using the light and microphone, separate or all together. My nephew (11-year-old) is fascinated with this as he is just started learning about doing YouTube videos. The IR LED light for night vision shots works quite well.In the pack you get the video camera, the IR LED light, the microphone, the USB-C charging cable, and two batteries, which is good as they don’t last that long, and a camera bag.It doesn’t come with a memory card which is a shame because it doesn’t have any internal memory.I have a mixed feelings about this but for this price I would recommend it as a device for beginners.

Feels really cheap, video quality is nowhere near 4k and the FPS must be really low as the picture just judders it way along when moving.The zoom isn't smooth at all and doesn't seem to focus at all once it's zoomed in.Will be returning.

The resolution is good, it offers IR night vision, 20X digital zoom, and a screen with 270-degree rotation. Heck, it even comes with a camera bag and extra battery. All seems well and good, right?Well, let's talk about the "light attachment". If you're expecting some cutting-edge illumination tech, brace yourself for disappointment. They've literally included a handheld torch to clip on - talk about a blast from the past!And then, there's the construction. Now, I'm not one to judge a book by its cover, but this entire thing is plastic. Not a robust, trustworthy kind of plastic, but the type that makes you fear for its safety every time you handle it.Everything about this device screams 'cheap'. The buttons, the battery compartment, the casing - it all feels like it might crumble if you so much as look at it sideways.Don't even get me started on the lack of water sealing. Seriously, if it so much as drizzles, you'd better tuck this thing away unless you want a paperweight instead of a camcorder. and for some unknown reason they've packed in a keyring with a football and a football boot on it! it feels like the kind of thing you do when you've wrapped a present for someone, then thought "I'm such a cheap skate I should have got them something better." and then tape a bar of chocolate to the top of it.Given the price tag, I expected a whole lot more from this product. Sadly, it seems that you're mostly paying for a list of impressive specs, rather than a truly quality piece of kit.In conclusion, unless you've got money to burn or an unnerving nostalgia for the cheap plastic tech of yesteryears, I'd steer clear of this one, folks. It's a classic case of all that glitters is not gold - or in this case, all that records is not a star performer.
