Coolest ladder I've ever had.
I hate ladders!I have several medical problems that mean that climbing ladders is a bad idea for me.So I limit myself to a frame ladders up to maybe 10 feet. But this ladder light, maneuverable, easy to use and real durable. At the time I bought it I got it for a great price approximately $52.00.Just can't beat it even it twice the price. So well, I still hate ladders. I hate them a little less because of this one.

Gift from the Ladder Gods
I'll be brief: I had an old metal ladder that I refuse to use because it's MANY decades old and my grandfather fell off of it one day in the late 90s.Suffice to say, I needed a NEW ladder, and in 2016 I believe was when I first heard and SEEN a telescopic ladder in action.Fast forward to recently, I needed a new ladder for hanging up Christmas lights. The hardware stores around that would have sold them didn't have any in stock, so I turned to Amazon, of course. After looking through the reviews and digging a bit deeper in people's videos about this particular one, this is the ladder I got for myself to use.And I put it to hardcore use. It's wide, it grips the ground perfectly, has the right amount of safety warnings and FEATURES to make not only climbing and operating a breeze, but also collapsing it back into itself in a SLOW manner. Was fairly stable, but didn't bend in any way that would make me fret for my safety, ALL the rungs when locked in place did not budge. After about half an hour, I grew comfortable with using it, and when I was done, was easy to collapse together to store away INSIDE OF THE HOUSE without taking awful amounts of room.In other words, YES, I would recommend this one if you happen to hear of telescopic ladder and want to know what's good. And I rare write reviews!

Nice ladder but watch your fingers.
We bought the ladder because the house we purchased doesn't have pull down stairs for attic access and to use for painting, lighting changes etc. it works great for everything we have needed it for. It's compact and easy to store under a bed or the trunk of the car. The only bad thing is the way it lowers you have to use your thumbs to pull back two switches. This puts your hands right in the way of the ladder when it's lowering. There is a way to do it while keeping hands clear but it's awkward and you kind of need larger hands. As long as you are careful lowering it though it's a great ladder for around the house.

Easy to use....but narrow steps.
I bought this ladder just for general use around the home as I have some double-height ceilings....so really just a little painting, changing light bulbs & air filters etc. This is really portable and collapses down pretty small so is easy to carry up & down stairs without hitting walls. It may be slightly heavy for some so just be aware of the weight before purchase if that is a concern...but a small, collapsible ladder of this weight is better than a long ladder of the same weight if you are moving it around a house.I got this to full height easily but it took me a few minutes to figure out how to get it to half height....but the instructions were fairly clear so once I read that it was easy enough (see note below). The only thing I would say is a slight negative is the narrowness of the steps. It does make me feel slightly less comfortable on the ladder, but it still felt sturdy enough overall and I don't have any concerns about the ladder bending. FYI I am 6ft, 170Lbs.Point to note:In order to use the ladder at anything other than full height, you need to keep the top steps collapsed/together but extend the bottom section as much as needed. Once the bottom pieces are extended the ladder will automatically lock - see pics.

Great ladder but tall steps
I really like this ladder. It feels strong when extended, and it retracts safely with a feature that helps avoid injuring your fingers. It compacts into a fairly light and easy to carry item. It’s perfect for reaching the roof of my camper van to store things. The only surprise was the steps are 16” apart, while conventional stepladders are 12” apart. It takes a little extra leg strength to climb this. Still, it’s much better than the puny after market permanently attached van ladders.

Best Ladder
The best ladder in the market. Very sturdy and functional. Safety features are excellent. Highly recommended.

Goes where other ladders fear to go
I am so happy with this purchase. It has taken playing with it some to figure out how long the ladder needs to be for each situation. But now I know that each rung equals one foot in height of the ladder. So if I just want my 12 foot ladder to extend only 10 feet, then I leave the first two rungs collapsed. It is so easy to completely collapse it to move to a new location and this makes it so easy to fit around bushes and yard art. The large feet stay put and gave no hint of sliding. The ladder feels very solid and steady. I was able to easily clean my gutters this past week. It does take just a tad of getting used to pulling the main release buttons. I wish I were a bit stronger so that I could release them both at the same time. But these 73 year old hands and arms just don't have the strength that they used to. I look forward to using my new ladder when I paint some new electrical conduit in my carport.Oh and did I mention storage? This fits behind the door in my utility room so that it is always easily accessible.
