We have hard wood floors throughout our first floor. This product is perfact for that. This is not great on carpet as there is no beater brush. However I have run it in the room with carpet and it does pick up hair dust and surfas stuff. However it will wear down your brushes pretty fast on carpet. Just keep it on hard floors. I actually love mine . And it does a pretty good job for sure. I do not use the moping feature. I tried it and found it to be a bit underwhelming. Back to the daily floor dusting. Great for the price.

Purchased this vacuum and worked great for the first months. Just before the year warranty was up it stopped working. Seemed like it wouldn’t hold a charge. Vacuum kept resetting. Contacted customer support and they gave me some tips. After following they’re instructions and numerous emails they ghosted me. I even informed them I would purchase new battery even with it being under 1 year warranty. They refused to respond and unfortunately lost our investment. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

Works great unless you have little kids. The things that sweep for you get sticky and bent so easy and I tried to take them off and wash to try to get them to lay flat again and they won’t. So I spend $200 for nothing I guess :( sweeps good over than that though. Great time saver.

We have a robot vacuum that we have found very useful for keeping on top of dog hair. I had planned to get the mop attachment, but it is no longer available, so I found this one which is both mop and vacuum in one. It seems to vacuum from the front end, and mop behind, and does not distinguish between hardwood and carpet, so I need to block off the carpet area if I want the hardwood mopped, and remove the water if I want the carpet vacuumed. Well worth it for the price. The app has the option to adjust the "power" of the clean too. Looking forward to running this at night a few times a week to keep the house looking cleaner!

Replaced an old robot vacuum. And this one is amazing! I love the mop feature! I have two German Shepards. One is a German Shepard/ husky mix so she alone sheds SO MUCH. instead of me having to vacuum everyday, I turn on my robot vacuum and I don’t have to worry about it! Definitely worth it.

Purchased in June 2023, the vacuum stopped charging at the beginning of November. Sent an email to [email protected] received a prompt reply asking for order number. Sent in the order number but have not heard from the seller since. Have followed up with several emails but no response. The warranty is supposed to be a year but it is useless if there is no response.

It is perfect for clean hardwood floor, tile and area rugs. The remote control is very handy
