Do not use provided screws
The handle was a good replacement for our old one. One thing I'd like to say is this. DO NOT USE THE SCREWS PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE !!!! Unfortunately I did and the pointed tip caused the glass in our double glazing to crack right across the unit. Very costly mistake. Use a flat ended screw as this won't cause the glass the break.

Only 1 handle
It said a pair of handles, only one turned up and had no screws

These are cheap and cheerful but I was sent the wrong hand side so I got a refund !
