Takes AAA batteries x6
Makes a humming sound, wasn't expecting that, but my child loves it! Brightness and size is perfect fun for the kids. Box says AA batteries but it's actually 3 AAA for each side, takes total of 6.

Cheap and came broken
One was missing the middle exte sion piece so of course my children wasn't happy with having to wait for me to order another set

My grandkids loved this. It's light weight. You can have two or screwed them together and have a large one. They loved it

Very cheaply made
Ok so i knew gong in that these lightsabor toys were cheap. But they were broken by my 4 year old nephew within 15 minutes of playing with them. He decided to stab the door with it, pretending it was a bad guy and it broke in half just like that. Then he got the other one and it broke when he hit a tree with it. So if you have a rough playing kid. These will not last a day. So now i am in search of a better quality one.
