I ordered this ivy plant thinking iestablished plant showed on the photo, but received a piddly baby plant nor worth more than £4 (certainly not £11.99) - for comparison ivy plant bought in B&Q (£4)

Need to re-think the delivery of this product
This plant arrived in a bashed box, with soil spilled everywhere. Surely there was a better way of delivering this plant? Otherwise it seems decent.
