I love the taste of these. The first time I tasted one was waiting to be dismissed after giving blood. I went right to Amazon and ordered them. I would say you can eat one in two bites and they leave you wanting more. They have a great chewy texture and coconut flavor is not overpowering. I used them for snacks in between meals at work or before a workout at the gym. The only down side is they are about a dollar each. I stopped ordering them and now make my own because of the price.

These are delicious and definitely good for you. They have the perfect texture, not too sticky, not dry, and packed with flavor and good quality food. Good value for the money especially since there are healthy quality ingredients. Hard to find an easy quick snack on the go that isn't packed with sugar and will stay fresh, but here it is!

Received these today, May 2, 2025, BUT the expiration date on the box says March 11, 2025. EXPIRED.

Taste good - not too sweet like most protein bars but not worth the price

My daughter has blood sugar issues so we are always looking for something to keep on hand for her and these are by far her favorite! They are quite delicious, very filling and are so easy to grab and go. We always throw them in a purse, backpack or jacket pocket!Highly suggest for those on the go!

I was excited about getting a bar with healthy ingredients, but the taste was not good and the product is overpriced.
