A decent set of weight lifting accessories wit h bag.The foam barbell cover is the standout item. Wraps the barbell, with safety straps to hold in place, allow squat work in comfort. The wrist and bar grips are great. Used these to replace some worn out lifting gloves. The ankle straps are fine and do the job. The hip resistance band is also fine. In all honesty whilst nice it would not be something I would expect in a kit like this as I already have resistance bands. But its in the bag if a I need an extra one.Also a nice colour so my daughter who is the prime user of these is happy.

This workout accessories set is just perfect for anyone who needs some well paded and sturdily made thrusts pad, hip resistance band, ankle and weight lifting straps. There is also a carrying bag included in the package that makes it very convenient to carry them to workouts. All the straps seem to be durably made and comfortable. The resistance band has good resistance for people who are in the beginner to amateur level in their fitness journey.Took one star off as the resistance band gives off a weird smell when you unpack the set, will add it back if the smell subsides later.
