A+ product. Simple, lightweight, tidy, packed with multiport’s for screen, peripherals and charging cables.

This product feels solid and has high-quality construction. I love that it has three HDMI ports at a price point offering excellent value for money. The Selore customer support team is exceptional. I contacted them three times with questions and always got a response written in exceptionally clear English within 24 hours of my query. The product description on Amazon does state that the hub can handle up to max 100w of input power to produce 85w PD through one of the USB-C ports. But I didn't understand that properly until I plugged it in and contacted customer service. They explained that the hub itself uses 15w of power. So, using the 90w charger that came with my ASUS laptop in the hub left 75w going into the laptop itself. It's probably enough to keep the computer going, but I suspect I will have additional power-drawing peripherals going into the hub. So even if I used a 100w input, it would only leave 85w for a laptop rated at 90w plus peripherals. I decided to return the product and look for one with a higher power rating. Unfortunately, all the ones with higher power and three HDMI ports are beyond my budget. But I will happily buy products from this company again.

I can't get all 3 displays to work at once, but I suspect that is a limitation of my laptop not this device. USB power passthrough works well

Managed to get two external monitors to work on my laptop via USB. My laptop is slightly dated and would not run the external monitors via USB-c.Clear instructions to download the drivers to allow the USB to run the external monitors.Added bonus was the docking station was also Powered via the USB from the laptop meaning I don't have to worry about having it plugged into a power source to use it.

Did what I wanted and more

Initially I thought this wouldn't drive a second monitor. I used lots of known cables and spare HDMI and displayport cables and nothing worked. Then I tried the packaged usb C-to-C cable instead of my longer lead. The it worked perfectly. doh...The upshot is that you need to make sure you use the right cable to connect to your laptop to ensure the display ports on the dock work. Not all USB C cables will do the job.My next job is to find a usb C lead that is longer and will do what I need.

Needs a plug. Does not include a plug. You are useless. You are not Apple - we need everything. You cant just leave required parts of your product out. It’s literally the thing you plug things into and it doesn’t include a plug. An elite level of misguided cost cutting.

Perfect apart from it does not come with a power supply, worked great after i purchased a 100w power supply to make it work correctly and charge my laptop and phone.
