I have gotten this laptop back in late 2023 for school, and so far I had no issues - great graphics and average battery life. Despite the storage limitations, it works perfectly well with the use of Microsoft's 360 cloud subscription, which I also gotten for one year for free. Value for what you pay for.

Bought on July 11. Soft use. Stopped working by the end of the August had to take to Best Buy to get help. This is the reason why. When Amazon was called they would not do anything to help replace it or find support when I called the two-year support plan that I had purchased on top of this, they insisted HP was responsible. When I called HP said they were not responsible. Total run around with nine calls even though I have the two-year coverage. With never buy again. I was excited about an HP product. If you buy it don’t buy the coverage I guess I don’t think that HP is going to cover the product either honestly soft use. Last week the Button has started acting oddly, or it would only do the small letters if you pressed the cap button. Then it just totally died today and it’s not a battery thing. I will stick with Best Buy for my future technology purchases. I’m really disappointed in Amazon HP and the two-year insurance company. All I wanted was a replacement and they just keep getting me sorry I can’t help you HP needs to help you. Sorry we can’t help you your insurance coverage needs to help you. Buyer beware

This computer really helps me with all of my schoolwork and projects I have to complete at work. I feel like the quality and the prices match pretty well. Life is phenomenal. The size is perfect to fit in my purse when I’m on the go. and it is very easy to use. It has fallen a few times and still turns on it is very durable.

The colors are faded, the little card the give you has the wrong spelling on it and doesn’t fit on the device or any device. There is no info about the little card online and nobody knows what it is or how to use it. You can take official test on it. Real estate, CompTIA proctored exams.

I am an English teacher, and this laptop suits all of my needs. Holds a charge very well. I can charge it at night and it stays charged for several days! The color is perfect 🩷

You get what you pay for. Pros are it is easy to set up and very light weight - but it is not like looking at a nice monitor or full size computer screen. At first I thought my contacts were off, maybe bad vision, but once I went back to my IPad and my regular PC - I was shown clearly - it was the screen of the laptop. The quality is not there for what is marketed. It all depends on your expectations. I’m taking the time to write this as I just wasted money. I will by a higher end product as my eyes won’t take the poor quality screen visual. Too unclear and borderline something made for children
