Great book that digs deep into your inner child. This is an easy read for complicated subject matter. I highly recommend the book.

Great book for me and my spouse as we both have wounded inner child issues to work through.

The media could not be loaded. So far it is good. Definitely gives good detailed information that is crucial for understanding needs.

This book was refferwd yo me by my therapist after realizing I needed to go back to my childhood and work through some things. After reading the introduction I knew this book was for me. Thank you to the author for writing this book. I can't wait to finish doing the work and completing the book.

Wonderful insightful workbook

It says audio version included but you have to leave a review to access it. I can’t review something I haven’t read/listened to yet. That being said, at first glance it looks well organized and written in a way that is easy to understand.
