Q: Will i be able to attach a hose with a dog bath brush to the tub water spout?

Yes you can attach a different plumbing connector in place of the tub water spout. The water spout screws onto a standard male-pipe end. It looks like a 1/4 inch male to me. With luck, the female end of your dog-bath brush will fit. If it does not fit, you will need to get a female adapter from your local hardware store.

Q: My unit stopped showing the water temperature and I noticed water was leaking from under the panel when I had the sprayer on?

I know of no fixes for this unit. The only solution I know of is to buy another unit since they are relatively cheap. Please see my previous posts regarding fixes and replacement. Hooking up a second new unit will be easier because any plumbing and construction done for the first is still present. My unit is now over 2 years old and I've told myself to just buy a new one if anything on it goes out.

I know of no way to get any resolution. The manufacturer does NOT provide any way to contact them for service or support. It is terribly bad luck that you have experienced a defect after only 2 months.

Q: How can i buy replacement blender valves?

I replaced the whole unit when I needed parts, 🤷♀️.
