I just used this for the first time this weekend, and found it more effective than the pills. Will buy again.

Never had a problem with this stuff before but these two containers are filled with prelief that does not dissolve. It lays as sediment in the bottom of my coffee cup. Disgusting. It’s never done that before. I had no trouble with the prelief packets, only this particular shipment of containers.

I find that Preleif is not as effective as Calciblend, both of which are far too expensive for what they are. I learned the following hack, which I find more effective that even Calciblend: add 1/4 tsp baking soda (you can add a pinch of salt, for added benefit) to each cup of coffee and/ or brew with crumbled eggshells. I swear, this works like a charm-- try for yourself and pass it on!

My true love, coffee, was breaking my heart.. but Prelief has saved our love story. I drink my coffee black, so I was worried there would be an odd flavor, but it really is completely tasteless!

These packets are convenient and dissolve easily. I am not a fast coffee drinker so these allow me to enjoy my coffee at my own pace instead of feeling rushed. It has improved my mornings!
