I was really hesitant on buying a refurbished phone but to be honest I couldn't believe that this was actually a refurbished phone. There is not a mark on it and apart from the box and battery life (84%) it could be mistaken for being new. If you want an iphone with a full battery life then you are going to pay through the nose for it and I for one can't afford to. This was a gift for someone who who is used to using an iPhone so I didn't want to change over to an android as this would have created confusion. I am more than happy with the service from this seller and a guarantee as well. I would definitely buy again from this seller.

Purchased excellent quality. A decent price and works perfectly but battery percentage was 88% when I received it. I feel like an excellent rating should be a bit higher than that/offer a battery replacement at a discount. As a result battery life is terrible. Cable is a bit faulty also, some nights hasn’t worked. Phone has also been struggling to get to 100% charge, stuck on 99% frequently. 1 month down the line battery health down to 87%
