Fantastic blender
Very powerful motor and very easy to use, I love that the controls are so simple. The sound cover really makes a huge difference if I'm using the blender at night, and it blends better than any other blender i've ever used! Everything feels sturdy and solid, hopefully we will be able to try out some more new recipes soon!

Powerful.
So bought this to replaced one of the Vitamix ( quiet on ) which cost to fix than the price of this blender. Anyway; it is a very powerful blender compare to Vitamix, for this blender 2 things to consider is; 1; needs to stop it ourself, 2; it took longer to make sure is clean ( again; compared to Vitamix ) but it’s just as powerful if not more powderful than the Vitamix ( we used a lot for the store from Mekong smoothies and slushy so it’s important to have a powerful blender ) anyway the smoothie and slushy came out smooth, so no complaint, for noise; it’s really loud, and again the main issue we had were; we had to stop it and use the stick one in a while so is more hassle VS Vitamix. Anyway; would I but this again; Yes!!! I would; ( hopefully would last for a while, but if the other Vitamix broke again; ( we have 5 ) I would defiantly buy this over the Vitamix from now on. ( it’s 1/2 the price!!! )

Amazing blender and customer service!
I bought this blender for my mom for her business. One of the mixing rods arrived broken, I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. The shipping was extremely fast and I really appreciated how haggle-free it was. The blender works wonderfully and blends extremely well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would buy again.

Great starter blender for blending shakes or smoothies instead of paying double for other big names.
The blender works great! A little tough to clean inside the actual container that holds the blender. Also, can still be a bit loud when the lid loosens up over time.

Perfect blender for small cafe
Extremely pleased with this blender! We use it in our coffee shop on the daily and it works AMAZING!
