My 2nd order arrived safe 'n sound as I was so pleased with the first set of 6 20 litre boxes.Spoke too soon though ... all the lids and boxes were in great shape, but one lid had its handle missing, and I would like to know if a SINGLE HANDLE can be sent out to me rather than send the whole lot back !!!

One of the lids is missing a handle. Not a huge deal but annoying - especially because customer service gives no way to request a single handle, but wants me to return the whole set? 🤦‍♂️ I don’t want the hassle, I just want the handle!

The storage containers are a great size. However the bottom container came broken. I had already started filling the other ones before I noticed this….

I wanted to make sure I wrote a review for these boxes. These type of boxes can be so expensive so I looked at quite a few before deciding on these. The reviews were varied in terms of quality but I thought I would give it a go and could send them back if needed.Pleasantly surprised that they did not have any faults. No cracks, breakages or scratches. They are also super thick and appear to be great quality. Very happy I made the choice to get these.The only thing I would say is they the handles on top are quite tight on the fingers, but I wouldn't use a handle anyway so I'm not going to mark it down for that.The packaging could use work. Amazon packaging is not up to the seller (I believe) so I wouldn't mark them down for that but a bit more foam around the edges would help.They are very easy to clip and unclip and there is no issue with the performance of the product.I hope this helps anyone else who was unsure about proceeding! :)
