It is easy to heat up in the microwave and keeps warm for awhile.As stated it does feel damp the first few times you use it but it does wear off eventually.

Microwavable Bottle.
I am very impressed with my microwavable hot bottle. I recently had eye surgery and managed to scald myself trying to fill a conventional hot water bottle. This one is so easy - you just pop it in the microwave.

Not very warm
The instructions state heat for one minute but doing that the bottle has very little heat and cools very quickly also the lavender is barely noticeable .

No hot water to worry about followed advice on timing but it needed 3 minutes in my micro wave 750watts.
