Maudzlan 236 inch/6m Window Draft Blocker,Insect Proof Self-Adhesive Insulation Seal Strip Draught Excluder Sound Proofing Strip, Foam Tape for Windows Doors (White)

The sealing side is nicely finished in a woven look. This replaced a foam insulation which had lost its stick and simply did not exclude draughts. Once the old stuff had been removed and adhesive cleaned off, marked positioning for the new tape as once stuck on would be hard to reposition. Easy to apply and the adhesive really grips, still doing so after several weeks. The compressibility is really good and with the high profile gives great draft proofing.

I was having problems with my window with loud car noise coming from a busy street near my house. I installed the product yesterday and noticed a drastic improvement. The noise has improved a lot and is much quieter now. It’s very easy to install.

OK but not sound proof and glue don't stick properly.

Like someone else said, I didn't have high hopes BUT these really work!Adhesive strip is excellent. So easy to apply too. Good price and quality and doesn't look amiss on my window.I have a couple of openers that have gaps so thought I'd give this a try as it was letting so much cold and wind through and also the noise of cars even though the road is aprox 200 metres away!I cut a strip to length, opened my window a little and placed the strip. so one flat end was into the the closed frame and the raised bit was up against my frame. Closed my window and just like magic, no more noise, no draught. Completely insulated.My sleep this night was so much better, I couldn't believe how much difference this strip made.Going to do all my openers now just because I can!This strip is a game changer, even if you think you don't need it you'll more than likely notice a difference.

This is a good product and I was mostly impressed with it. The quality is very strong and I didn’t expect it to be that good. I have stuck it on just one side for a window at the moment but will be using more. I think what lets it slightly down is the fact that the sticky tape is only on one side. As you can see from the photo the sticky tape is on one side and not both sides. So when it’s on the window one side is all the way down whereas the other side is not flush due to no tape. I don’t now if that’s how they are designed but seems like it should have tape on both sides. I WOULD Like to update this review as I have seen other draft excluders and they seem to have tape on both side so this is no good

Does the job, stops drafts

Noticed a huge draught coming through my bedroom windows. Only noticed since haven’t been heating all rooms due to energy cost. Bit the bullet and purchased this blocker. I’m not good at diy so didn’t have much hope that I could do this. It was so easy to measure and cut this and fit to windows. What a wasted time when I could have had this done years ago.
