RockTape RockBalls - Twin Pack (10cm Textured / 8cm Smooth) - SS19

AMAZING product, I sit far too much for my job and have had a pain run down the back of my leg. The spiked ball instantly relived the pain, not sure how or why but it did.Great value too

I got these on advice for some prescribed exercises. My only very minor note is that the product photos and actual box show shiny items, and both of mine were matte. Purely aesthetic but I preferred the look of the advertised. The Rock Balls work well and are very durable.

I spotted these while I was investigating the various kinesiology tapes out there and figured I'd give them a go to see if they helped at all with my shoulder pain while I'm waiting for surgery. I have quite simply been blown away by how effective they are at relieving tension in the muscles. I've been using the smooth one for my shoulder (I find the textured one is just too much) and it has not only helped relieve the pain but also helped increase my range of motion again, granted this is not by much but right now any improvement is huge for me! The textured one has however been a godsend at sorting out the re-occurrence of my plantar fasciitis, and I've found it's a great way to unwind after a stressful day at work; a few minutes spent rolling that around with each foot and I find myself in a much more relaxed state of being.They're not cheap, but are well made and the guidance booklet is easy to follow. They are easy to clean and a quick dunk in hot soapy water/wipe with anti-bac spray each time would make them safe to be used by multiple people. Definitely worth a shot if you're suffering from an issue caused by tight muscles and don't have a massage therapist to hand!

Probably the best thing to relieve the tension from any muscle in my body! Great product!

Loosened my periform muscle immediately after use, am now using them for my foot soles. Brilliant!

These are great get to the places other massage balls dont reach - mostly use the smooth one as the spiky one is a bit too much for me

Dreadful product!! No give in the balls at all! Painful to use. To add insult to injury they don’t accept returns!! AVOID!
