Stylish, Durable, Comfortable Everyday Casual Watch...Incredible Value And Quality !
I own a small collection of nice Swiss watches, and have become very fed up with repeatedly accidentally scratching them during wearing and thus reducing their value. I needed a cheap yet stylish and dependable everyday watch and this Casio is absolutely brilliant !* Absolute reliability and world leading technology from Casio* Superb styling and design with a nice quality finish you would expect at many times this price, coloured hands look great !* Japanese reliability will match that of any 'high end' Swiss watch ( and from a £17 Casio ! )* Supreme comfort from resin strap and case design, and removable metal face guard is a great feature !* High luminosity and 100m water resistant for showering and swimming, 10 year battery life is fantastic !A Superb bargain !

Strong and robust watch for the price
I have only had the watch for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very happy with it. After reading the other reviews I was not too sure about how clear it was to see the hands. I have the white faced version and even with the wire guard on it's fine even without my glasses. I can understand how some people may have problems with the second hand as it has the night view bit on the opposite end to the arrow head! But as I rarely have to check on the seconds at night this isn't a problem. The face is very clear and the watch its self is almost silent, a very faint tic is all you can hear. I only put the wire guard on if I am doing some heavy work - like dry stone walling, otherwise I take it off as it does make it a bit easier to see the time without my glasses.The strap is very comfortable with plenty of adjustment to cover all sizes of wrists. Overall, with the ten year battery I would recommend this as a watch to depend on for many years.

Have had thiswatch for nearly six months now
Have had this watch for nearly six months now, and it keeps relatively good time. Being 100m water resistant means I never take it off. It is comfortable, easy to read during the day, and whilst the hands glow, that does not last all night, so early morning rises need some light to read. The watch looks good, and in my job, the protecting metal is a god send, as it has been able to prevent scratches or damage to the face, whilst having some of the black paint come off exposing the silver metal underneath, which doesn't spoil the look. All in all I'm very happy with the watch as it does what I want it to do very well, looks good, and is robust, and never needs to be taken off. Now, to wait and see if the 10 year battery claim is right, but that's a long way off yet! For the price, a very good buy, and stylish as well with the white face. Did change the strap to a Velcro one, purely out of choice, but the resin strap was quite good anyway.

Great day to day watch
Not too bad a watch, easy to read face even with the anti-scratch bars, a great watch for work where it could get knocked or scratched. Only critisism is the strap is quite hard plastic and not very flexible so it can feel a little uncomfortable at times, I'm sure this will lessen with wear though as they plastic will soften over time. Can't go wrong for the price and apparently has a 10 year battery. There's no backlight or anything fancy but the hands are really luminous so reading the time in the dark or low light is no problem.

For this price a perfect simple watch
I would give 4 stars coz the first thing that will fail on this watch is the strap so i suggest to buy a nylon or leather strap, but for the price of this watch i am not going to moan about it.It comes in a lovely gift box that makes it look a lot more expensive than it really is so its a great gift idea.The protection bar is the main reason why i bought it, coz i am wearing it at work and i always break the glass on my watches, but not on this one, it really can take quite a lot.I just needed a good quality basic watch for everyday and for work that doesn't have a million functions that i would never use.Works as it should and only thing as i wrote above is the strap and it will fail long before the watch itself.So its well worth the moneyGreat for work, outdoors, adventure or just everyday use.Simple watch with only the functions that you really need and it is really water resistant.

Good Watch
A good, inexpensive and very robust watch, that looks quite smart and also rugged. The 10 year battery life is also a bonus and it has 100m water resistance, so will easily cope with my sporting pursuits of Cycling and occasional Canoeing. If it gets damaged it really is inexpensive enough not to be too upset (I once had a Rolex Submariner come off my wrist and it probably still resides at the bottom of the Indian Ocean near Western Australia). Hands are also nice and luminous, so pretty well visible under fairly dim light.

Ideal for Ladies, too.
I was looking for a ladies watch of this design for myself but, being unable to find one, I decided to take a chance on this men's watch.I was a little doubtful, as I have small wrists and expected the watch to be too large. I needn't have worried, however, as the strap has plenty of room for adjustment, even down to a really small size. The watch itself is chunky, but not over-large on a lady's wrist and is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. It was a really good price, too!I am very pleased I took the chance.

Does what it says really....
I bought this as a replacement work watch, as mine do tend to get bashed a little. It does exactly what it says on the tin, nice clear face, although he bars do obstruct the face a little but it does stop it getting scraped. I've used mine at the gym and swimming too. Fingers and dials have fluorescent coating which is useful in the dark. All in all a good watch for the price and keeps good time.
