This saw is a great purchase...
this is an amazing saw....just cut up a fallen 28 inch diameter tree and it worked flawlessly.. quick start... lots of torque.. the price is amazing.. this is now my go to saw for heavy duty use.... I do use a kobalt 40 volt 14 inch but it is for light use....have owned this for over a year...Really pleased with this saw...

Great Chain Saw( Worth It)
I have used this chain saw multiple times in the last yr. It has always started & run great. 2 stoke not harly any smoke .Great weight for swinging around from tree to branches. Also very easy to change the filter, well designed. Engine runs great. Also from the ice that topped all the tree tops ,had to cut up a bunch of limbs before moving the car ,& did GREAT in cutting all the branches covered in at least an inch of ice on them. WOW Thanks

Solid little chainsaw!
Finally had a chance to use this new small chainsaw. I bought it for its light weight. I needed a saw that I could use to cut saplings, branches, limbing out larger felled trees etc. It has plenty of power for these tasks. I can use it to cut branches slightly overhead also, provided that I use good safety techniques. The assembly instructions are pretty good, though I personally had to carefully read them several times to be sure I had translated the Chinese/English properly. The fuel mix is 25:1 unleaded reg. to 2 cycle oil. You get good plastic containers that make measuring the correct amounts of each, fool proof for enough fuel for a day’s work. Chain/bar oil are standard as is found for other saws. Fuel consumption is close to what you would expect. Chain oil consumption seems a little high but, that’s not a bad thing I guess. Starting was easy after the “first” use when the fuel needs a moment to get to the engine. One or two pulls was the most after that. Overall, it’s a good lightweight/powerful saw. I enjoyed my first day of work. I’m expecting that when using good non-ethanol unleaded gas with a good chain oil will yield a long reliable saw. If any issues arise in the future I’ll be sure to post my experience(s). It’s not for felling a mature tree but, it can be a good tool to have on hand after it’s on the ground and for the young ones before they get too big!

The new saw you're looking for
Has fired and started e very time if needed something cut. It comes with a cheap oriental spark plugs but the one mine came with is still working. My dad bought a neo-tech that came with the same one and after 1st use his needed to be changed to even start. The chain that comes with it is a chisel chain. The bar has grease certs at the sprocket end - very nice. The choke is a simple push-pull nobody that works well. Gas has an assist for starting that holds the trigger at about 1/4-1/3 trigger so you don't have to race to the trigger after hearing it try to roll over. Very powerful for a 20" bar. If you're needing a new chain saw, I'd highly recommend giving this brand a try

Great engine, but all else is junk
EDIT: The company offered a conditionless refund and kindly asked me to consider them again in the future. After contacting them to arrange for the refund, they asked me to jump through hoops by making a video showing issues. These conditions they added in order to receive a refund for a defective product are against the terms of service and requirements from Amazon for retailers, but they don't care because they will get away with it. I would strongly suggest you avoid Supamix Tools as a company.Buy this if you need a good chainsaw engine. It's loud though, but starts very easy. Concerning the bar, chain, tensioner, and all else, it is absolute junk. I got about 2 hours out of it before it just kept slipping no matter how much I torqued down the bolts holding the bar in place. Even when it's properly adjusted, it takes about 15 seconds to get it to cut across a 2-3 inch diameter tree limb. Waste of money, should have just spent a little more the first time...Now I'm out $600, $200 for this paper weight in my shed, and $400 for a decent entry level chainsaw that will actually cut. $600 would have gotten me a nice Husky, Stihl, or Echo. This chainsaw simply does not do anything other than make loud noises and running the chain across the wood without actually cutting anything. Avoid this company - they ripped me off.

Fast starting amazing saw for the price point. Thoroughly impressed.
The media could not be loaded. I am so impressed with the saw that I bought another one along with their 20 inch model. Best starting to cycle engine I’ve ever come across. I use this on a daily basis out in the woods where we live. The top handle design makes it easy to use lightweight for saplings and even trees in diameter up to about 8 to 10 inches. Starts with first pull most of the time or second pull. The chain seems extremely sharp. Normal oil leak leakage, but that’s to be expected of all chainsaws. I have an echo Timberwolf and a Husqvarna rancher, both professional saws and they leak sometimes as well, but overall this is an amazing saw, especially for the price point.

As good as Stihl at 1/4 the price
Love this little saw.. As good as the Stihl at 1/4 the cost. The only problem that have found is, fill the oil tank completely full cause oil to run out the overflow. Just fill about 3/4 full and no leakage.
