I used this product for 2 weeks and noticed a difference. But lungs felt more clear and less inflamed I would recommend it. It should also work as a good general antioxidant and with The addition of saffronIt may even have an anti-anxiety effect.

Does the job

I've used Life Extension products for years and am typically satisfied with their quality as well as the cutting edge nutritional breakthroughs and medical research that goes into their products.I've been dealing with a chronic cough and got this supplement, hoping it would help. It didn't but I also just discovered I'm dealing with a deviated septum which no nutritional product can resolve.The primary ingredient is boswellia, which is a powerful antiinflammatory so I'll keep taking it until it runs out.

It’s a bit pricey but it’s effective, bought it for my mom and so far I’m seeing her breathing improving much better than before, she sleeps well , she said it’s easy to take.

This is a tough product to review because it's specifically aimed to improve the health and performance of your lungs and it's difficult to measure that unless you experience a striking difference from taking it.I've been on it for a week now and feel good. I don't know if I can attest that my lung performance is better yet -- I think this is a supplement that may take time for one to realize that kind of result.What I know is that the ingredients are good.Saffron is a trendy addition of late to the supplement world. People take it for a variety of things from inflammation to an ability to help with your overall mood. You're seeing a lot of Saffron products hitting the market and that's simply because a lot of people are reporting good results from using it.The Boswellia Serrata in this is a proven anti-inflammatory. I have used that supplement in the past for joint pain and found more relief from joint inflammation from it than I did using Glucosamine. It makes sense for that ingredient to help your lung health since it's a potent anti-inflammatory.I'm not sure what Andrographis is -- that's a new one for me. From doing a quick search I can see it, "exhibits antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory" properties which is clearly why this is included. It's a green plant and it's used to treat upper respiratory infections. It seems like a powerhouse in addition to the other 2 ingredients I mentioned.Life Extension is a great brand and I use many of their products with excellent effects. I would definitely give this one a try if you're experiencing some upper respiratory issues or lung issues. I didn't have a huge problem going in to trying this one so it's tough to quantify, but I do think it appears to be a well through supplement which is what I expect from the Life Extension brand.

Easy to swallow and doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. My husband and I have both benefited from this supplement, as I was fighting off a respiratory illness and he’s a daily smoker, within days of starting this supplement, we both noticed a major difference in how our lungs felt, him being a smoker- he said he could breathe more clearer and it helped break down his mucus.Definitely recommend giving this a try!

Lungs feel gunked up at night.

These are easy to take capsules. There is a bit of flavor and I prefer to take them with food to avoid stomach upset. I also like to ask my doctor if the supplements I take will interfere with my meds at all. I can't say for sure these helped me but they are worth consideration. I also think they are a good brand and have taken several products from the company and felt good about them. They are reasonably priced for supplements.
