Dual supply powers both router and modem
UPS works as expected, power does not drip even when main electricity gets a power cut. One can use both 12V and 5V supplies at the same time. The only downside is that there is no male to male 3.5mm cable. So even though you can power up the 12V supply with provided cable, you cannot do so with the 3.5mm 5V supply. You need another cable.Quality seems good after 1 week of usage. Ease of installation. I cannot comment on battery life as my inverter picks up a minute after main electricity power cut. I only use this UPS to make sure that modem/router stay on between power going out and the inverter kicking in.Overall this product will do the job. The only downside no 3.5mm male to male cable.

Great backup
I recently ordered the Fignut Mini UPS for my network switch, and overall, I am quite pleased with its performance. This reliable device provides a significant battery backup for my switch, offering peace of mind during power outages. The Mini UPS effortlessly meets the power requirements of my network switch, which requires a 5V 500mA power source. The compatibility is excellent, and I encountered no issues during setup. One of the standout features of this Mini UPS is its impressive 15-hour battery backup which I got in my first test, they have mentioned upto 4 hours, but my device power requirement is less so I got 15 hours backup ensuring that my network switch stays online during extended power outages. This level of backup is truly remarkable and eliminates concerns about unexpected interruptions.Installation was straightforward, and the compact design seamlessly integrates into my network setup. While the unit features LED indicators that clearly display input and output status, I was slightly disappointed by the absence of a dedicated battery status indicator, which I was expecting. This would have been a valuable addition to monitor the battery's health and charge level.Despite this minor drawback, the Mini UPS boasts a solid build quality, assuring me of its reliability and durability. Its competitive price point provides excellent value for the peace of mind it offers.

Nice, but 5V output tough to use
I was looking for a single UPS that could serve my WiFi router (12V) and network switch (5V) with one hardware. This product seems to be perfect fit for this. The cables provided in the package allows multiple options to connect a 12V device like Wifi router.Unfortunately for the 5V output there is only one cable provided, a 5V 3.5mm 1.5mm Male to USB female. This is not helpful as most devices require a 5V 3.5mm 1.5mm male to connect to them. So, right now I am not able to connect my network switch till I buy another cable for it.The package should provide the 5V 3.5mm 1.5mm male to 3.5mm 1.5mm male cable, to provide options for more 5V devices to be used, else the 5V output usage is very limited for this product.UPDATE: 20th MarchThe customer care immediately contacted me for my contact details after my earlier comment. And without asking a question they shared the courier details through which they have sent the 3.5mm 1.5mm male to 3.5mm 1.5mm male cable. Not once during entire transaction and till now have they asked any question or asked for better feedback.Adding 2 stars for this exceptional customer support. This kind of attention to customer support could come only if the product is good and company is moving in right direction.Adding another star for the device performance. I can now connect both my devices to it else I would have had to buy 2 UPS for end-to-end.Wishing them the best!

5V power is useless and does not work to power ACT media converter.
If you are using Act then 5V port is needed to power media converter. First of all the bridge cable is missing and secondly it cannot power two devices simultaneously.

Missing cable to connect to 5v output but amazing support
First day of purchase experience!Connectors missing to connect to 5v device like switch.Typically this product has two outputs (12v and 5v). You get cables but there is no cable to connect to device which needs 5v input via pin(typically any switch has pin). Product delivers 5v male with usb cable as female, claims that it can be used for mobile charging. But if you want to use this ups for network switch or any device which demands 5v input, this product is of no use. They should provide cable for 5v male to 5v male (similar to what they have given for 12v).You will have to buy connector which has female to male for small pin (1.3mm) from Amazon.Edit: 2nd day:The product team contacted and understood the requirement. Within 30 mins, sent the picture of the missing connector which they are ready to ship. It’s amazing product support from Isaac. So overall experience rated 3. Bit lower as they should supply similar connector for 5v what they supplied for 12v. But later because of the product support, they deserve better rating. I hope they will take care of this feedback for future improvements.
