I installed this to stop my LED lights flickering after installing a diesel heater to my off grid 12 volt system.Glad to say it worked perfectly and there is no longer a light flicker every time the diesel pump clicks.

Perfect device for providing 5 volts in mobile situations like motorhomes, campers etc. Output seems very clean and stable and the device is small and easy to install.

A problem solver for all boaters!Solar power fluctuates, Tv signal, WiFi, phone charging. All this was resolved with this magical little device!Keeps the voltage as a regular steady 12v for all power needs.

I originally brought 4 of these to use in conjunction with my 48v solar system, inorder to run my 12v appliances (fridge, waterpump) they are very well made, and the cables are pre stripped to speed up connections. the input remains at 12v regardless of battery being fully charged which is really useful. The units have two mounting holes and werent bothered by my impact driver! the fuse it pre-installed with a spare in the box which was a nice touch. and on the back it shows you which are the input and output cables if you were unsure along with the ploarity of each. great product really good price. they also dont get warm through prolonged use and load.

Wired this up on my breadboard and it worked great, just what I needed. Dismantled it and built it into my fixed circuit but somehow managed to connect the 24v supply to the 12v terminals - consequence: I had to buy a replacement!Fast delivery and a good quality product that does what it claims. Just a shame I'm not as careful as I should be!

So I changed to leds in my camper van and a lithium battery. Most of the LEDs are absolutely fine. But had 2 that kinda flicked slightly with a unregulated supply. So I thought if give this a try. It seems to work but the test will be soon when away for a week.So I think it's ok and has sorted the issue in giving a regulated 12v supply.Not anywhere between 14v and 11v.See how it goes.

Purchased this to provide power for a raspberry pi 5, which requires a minimum of 4.65v and 5a. I provided the buck with 12.5v and >10a which should easily supply the required power, yet voltage out of the buck is 5.05v with no load. With the load of a raspberry pi 5 at idle, which is less than 3a, voltage drops to 4.95v and sags down to below 4.65v under load.I struggle to imagine how this "10a" converter can provide anywhere near that. And even if it could, what voltage would that 10a be at?Complete waste of money.
