Fixed the problem!
Fixed the lights on my 2000 S10. Lights came on whenever the truck was running, now they work like they are supposed to.

Good replacement on my wifes 2004 Silverado, works like a champ, not the exact model, couldn't locate one but I made it stay in place with an o-ring to keep it from falling back through the dash cap.
