Very useful bit of kit
A microwave is handy for a quick heating of the pad, after using it cold from the freezer. The pad is quite large, and has to be folded a little to fit inside the pad. Made in China (shame!) like so much else. Does the job, seems well made so no complaints.

Practical
Used for intermittent knee pain due to arthritis. Easy to use, either hot or cold. Not bulky or awkward to use as with some. Good value and promptly delivered.

Easy to fit to knee, works really well, freezes quickly. I’m on a list for a knee replacement & it’s helped a lot to have this.
