Pretty simple , take the stock one off, put this one on to height you want the handle to be and tighten the set strew.

Looks awesome
Looks absolutely amazing in my challenger. It does have a little wiggle to it, so if it bugs you to bad you can put some Loctite in it and that will hold it steady.

Handle doesnt stay in place
The media could not be loaded. Shifter knob looks great.#1 in the sun, it will get hot!#2 handle comes looose. I just tightened earlier today and handle is loose already. Gonna try loctite and see if that holds.
