I had forgotten a friend of mine had these years ago and when I had been searching amazon uk for anxiety relief stress toys as a gift for an autistic child these dolls came up so I bought them to see if they would have a psychological effect . They work a treat . As the description states you tell the dolls your anxieties/worries at bedtime and place under your pillow and the dolls take them away . I found with this particular child they questioned how this would work so I told them the dolls are magic and the magic only works if they are the only person that takes the dolls out of the bag and speaks to them and it worked kind of a mental trick but it has made going to sleep much easier.It will work for adults that sometimes find it difficult to talk about their fears and feelings to others so by saying your fears out loud even to an inanimate object can be healing

I wasn't expecting much for such a small price (with free delivery as well) but I'm well pleased. Colourful little bag and tiny, tiny dolls which are ideal to go under a pillow at night. The idea is for a child to tell a doll about any 'worry' they have and put the doll under the pillow and the doll will take that worry away. My 5 year old granddaughter loves this idea and also started to talk to us about her worries when I gave her the dolls. A win-win situation all around. The dolls help make talking about problems that bit easier. Wish I'd known about these when my children were young. In fact, I could do with a set myself!!

I purchased this product for a friend who was having a few problems. They were happily received and I am told, used regularly and are a good comfort object to have around in times of stress.The dolls are from Guatemala and come with a small piece of paper which explains how the dolls are used by children there to tell their worries to each evening, they then put the dolls under their pillows and go to sleep.It is said that the dolls take away all of your worries during the night time.I think this is a nice present for children, or in my case, a friendly and sweet gift for a friend in times of crisis.The dolls themselves are very small and come in an attractive coloured bag. The dolls and bag look very traditional and attractive. The description says you get 5 dolls, however I did get an extra! It also appears that there are 6 in the photo shown, they are very small so perhaps 1 is a spare!Overall I am very happy with this purchase :)

My son learnt about worry dolls at school and asked me to buy these. I was really pleased with the quality and speedy delivery. These are really small, but luckily come in the handy bag. And they work! My son had trouble sleeping and when he put the worry doll under his pillow, he slept through and actually said that he had a good nights sleep! Highly recommend. These also come with the original story which is a nice touch too!

These dolls arrived in perfect time to help my 5 year old daughter. She has nightmares and once I told her about the dolls she wanted to try. The product was delivered on time and well packaged. The bag they come in is well made, the dolls themselves are lovely. A couple of duplicate dolls but still great quality. I'd recommend these for little ones who have nightmares or struggle to sleep , my daughter said they took away her bad dreams and had a great night sleep. Job done , -) thank you

my daughter brought me some of these which where lovely I suffer anxiety and I thought it was a really thoughtful gift so I thought I would buy some for my friend who also suffers anxiety and worries my were a lovely size but these are so small they are not really worth having not suitable at all for children the dolls are so tiny its hard to work out what they are I will just put these in a draw and buy my friend some better ones, they are a lovely gift for people with worries, anxiety or children who worry at bedtime but I would advise to buy better quality especially if buying for children.

Received the order within three days of dispatch. While the dolls are very small (slightly bigger than my fingernail) I am happy with the design. I bought these for my younger sibling as she's been very nervous lately and I was hoping they'd help her a little. My mother bought these for the rest of my siblings and I when we were very small and it was like a (mini) rush of nostalgia opening up the bag.

My 8 year old daughter was having issues with school, friends and her father and I break up. A friend suggested we get her some worry dolls and even her LSA support worker suggested them. They are super my daughter tells them her worries, puts them under her pillow and she sleeps better and even her angry out bursts are few and far between. She has named them all and she refers to them as her mini family. She loves them loads. They have been amazing in helping my daughter recover from difficult issues and situations in her life. I would highly recommend these to anyone now.
