I was looking for something with silver as active ingredient for a faster healing as my second degree burn was NOT fun to have around for a long time. I was a little skeptical at first as it was my first time using silver for wounds, but it really did its job better than normal dressing!!! I put a thin layer of burn cream on top of my open wound and put this dressing on top of it. When I took it off in the evening, it absorbed a lot of the nasty yellow discharge that was coming out from my wound but also kept the skin moist for faster healing. I really really recommend this if you have any open wounds that you want to be healed quickly and nicely. The absorbing of the disccharge is not as good as hydrocolloid bandages but i didn't want hydrocolloid bandage on my open wound as it would peel off the damaged skin when I take it off. This one does not stick to the wound so that was good! The adhesive part around it was also very nice for motility and for sensitive skin.

These patches are amazing. I can’t believe how well they heal. They do not stick to the injury. Last year I ripped my arm. I applied this and it healed so well. Then I had an accident that cut my leg. My skin is thin so no stitches but I used these and once again it healed. I keep these on hand.

I burned my finger on my Dutch oven. I had a blister the entire length of my middle finger and it swelled up huge!! I ordered these right away and they were delivered just hours later. I was hesitant because of the price but honestly had I known how well these work I would have paid double. Put this on my burn, wrapped it in gauze and left it 24 hours. Changed it and did the same thing. Just took it off and I’m in shock at how well this burn looks! The blister has deflated, the redness and swelling GONE. I’ve had burns not nearly as bad get so sore and take forever to heal. These are a game changer and I will definitely purchase again!!

This wouldn’t stay on my 2nd degree burn, but to be fair, it was on my elbow, and that is a difficult spot. If you use these you might try wrapping it with gauze to keep it in place depending on where the injury is.I ended up using other non-stick pads, even though they weren’t as comfortable.

I purchased these pads after I cut my finger and it wouldn't stop bleeding. The doc-in-the-box exhausted all options and had to cauterize the wound. I was left with a black, crispy fingertip that wasn't healing. I cut these pads to fit and wrapped a bandage around. The next morning the blackened skin peeled off to reveal new skin. Continued with the pads for a few days. Good as new.
