This machine does a good job of making my hand conformable. I like the various modes and the force adjustment. It can be adjusted to meet my hand's needs. The battery capacity allows it to run many times. In my case, I run it three to six times a day. It can last a week for one charge. I did not use the vibration and heating functions. I use a common USB phone charger to charge it. It makes a sound when charging is complete.I like the quality of the product.

Admittedly I have smaller hands so for someone with larger hands this wouldn’t be the best move. That said for someone with smaller hands it’s a good fit

This hand massaging machine is everything I could ask for. The inside has some kind if hand compression that squeezes your hand with different levels. I like 6 the hardest level. The squeeze this gives to my hand for me personally feels great. As for the vibration mode, I could do without. The heat mode would be better for me if it could get hotter. Overall, I give the 5 stars just for this compression mode. This is also priced very well.

One thing you should really know is this hand massager uses Accu point pressure points that really dig into your hands and the compression is really hard. I only had my hands in at two minutes and I had to stop it and try to get my hand out the Accu points really dug holes into my hand.

The initial “hand massager” I ordered, according to the instruction manual, when charging the unit you will get a blinking red light, and when the unit is done charging the red light will be “long”, mine never did that. I even had it on the charger for 18 hours and the red light just constantly blinked, never stopped blinking. The manual says it should charge in just 5 hour, and not to overcharge the unit, so I assume the unit is defective. I did take it off the charger and I was able to use it. It is more like a hand compressor than a massager but it did help with the pain in my left hand. The vibration function is a joke, mostly it’s just loud and u barely feel any vibration. I have a vibrating “massage” pillow and that has 100% more vibration than this unit.I did exchange the unit with Amazon in hopes of getting one that will charge properly. No luck, the second unit I received from Amazon does the exact same thing. I tried to reach out to the company, but I am unable to get a hold of them. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and their mailbox is full and when I tried to contact them through Amazon the automated bot told me to deal directly with Amazon. So now I definitely do not trust their “3 year warranty” when I can’t even get a response from the company after 1 week. So this unit will be returned to Amazon also. I am going to try a different company.

Got this to try to manage pain and swelling in my hands after yardwork. Pressure is good and there are a lot of program options, but the textured material inside is a little too harsh for my hands, almost painful. The plastic bumps left pretty significant red dents in my hand. This probably wouldn’t be as bad if I turned the pressure down, but that kind of defeats the purpose. Also, the the inflated part that I think is meant to sit in the center of your palm hits my hand in a weird place. I’ve owned other beands before that didn’t have these issues.
