Do not buy this! Broken product.
Controller worked fine for the most part, except when I had to save my game. (Zelda, Ocarina of Time) for some reason, when doing that, it caused the controller to stop working. The analogue still worked fine but the rest of the buttons didn't work at all. The only fix was to remove the controller, put it back in, then do that again, and again... and again.... until it eventually works. Every time I save, without fail. This is super weird! This was a waste of money. Don't do what I did, don't waste your money.

Works good
Works very well with the wii

Not great
Bought to play Wind Waker on the WII. The controller seemed to work fairly well at first, right until I reached Dragon Roost and the rumble motor started going. This caused the whole controller to become unresponsive.Since I am unable to disable the rumble feature the controller is currently completely unusable.

Doesn’t work
The A button is jammed and just spamming out. I’d advise against these snide pads and just pay the extra for a legit one

Cheap third party, but decent case for customising, fits official circuits
The control sticks are very stiff and spongy, the shoulders are much clunkier, like the difference between the Smash GC controllers and the original run only more so, and the face buttons have a harder clunk to them, kind like the Hori Fight Pads Classic Controllers (the Mario, Luigi, Pikachu, Link controllers that look like GC ones). The buttons themselves are slightly darker than the officials, particularly A and Z are noticeably different. The case itself is much more of a dark purple than the official indigo controllers. I quite like this shade, it goes well with a black top and purple bottom. So why have I rated this so high? Because the official circuitry from an official controller fits right in these cases. Bit of a squeeze and you have to be careful with it, but it works. Just tested some ATs in Smash 4 using my regular Smash controller encased in this purple case, and works a treat. I left the third party buttons in and they were obviously a little clunkier than usual, but the rubber membranes underneath seemed reasonably solid enough, which is a surprise. The Z button has so little travel, it works perfectly fine, but there is much less haptic feedback from it, less of a click. L and R were still rubbish until I turned the internal plates inside (the ones that keep the base of the triggers in place for the digital click) 90 degrees inward towards the centre so that the triggers have less space to travel. They no longer click all the way so there's no digital click, but they stop just after they register in Smash 4 for shields, which is perfect, making the buttons far more responsive in gameI'm happy with these, being as they may third party rubbish, because they are useful for people looking to customise their controllers. I haven't yet tested if these cases will fit perfectly with an official case for two-tone controllers, but they look so similar I assume it'll work. These use small Phillips screws instead of triwing, but they seem the same size, so I may edit this review at a later date. I also intend to use one of these as a test for custom spray painting controllers. If you're looking for GC cases but don't want to wreck a precious official controller, give these a shot. Cheap and cheerful, not perfect and you'll have to fiddle around with the internals a little more than with officials. Still, you get a dark purple case and reasonably decent-feeling stick caps you could use as replacements for your main controller, as well as all the buttons and internals, which is great for the price. I'm going to test out custom spray painting the case, something I'd much rather not test out on an official controller, so it's good to know I can just dump an official circuit inside and it'll still fit and play well.
