Amp I great! We added additional speakers to the bed of our 2023 Jeep Gladiator and needed more power. No issues so far with any of the DS18 products we have bought and installed. Great quality!

Runs cool and rms power is legit.
Installed this amp to 4 ds18 high power 6.5 coax speakers. Used 4ga power/grnd wires and 12ga to speakers. Mounted amp on 1/2” standoffs to help keep air around all sides and stays cool. No clipping so it should last. Only been 2 weeks but no complaints.Amp barely gets warm. Some bad reviews could be just because of incorrect installation? No issues at all.

Not sure of the quality
Purchased this amplifier to replace a larger less powered wolfram amplifier hooked it up worked great at first just outside a month of having it it started making a super loud popping sound coming through my speakers could not use it had to unhook it and put the old amp back in everything worked had to mail the amplifier back to ds18 under warranty and pay out of pocket to get it there as it was outside the return window to Amazon now I have to wait to see if ds18 is going to replace their one month old broken amplifier or fix it and send back the amplifier that gave me problems in the first place

Amplifier is for audio, not subwoofers:(
Amplifier works as it should and expected it to, but I didn’t notice that it wasn’t meant for subwoofers nor have any bass boost knobs on it and I regret buying it for that very reason. Can’t believe I spent $311 on an amplifier that’s audio or Twitter only or loudspeakers, etc.
