Brilliant for Daily Hydration – Tasty, Refreshing & Sugar-Free!
I’ve been using the High5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets for several months now and they’ve become an everyday essential in my routine. Literally have one daily! While they’re technically marketed as a sports hydration product, I personally use them more for general hydration throughout the day - and they’ve made such a difference as I noticed that they make me a lot less tired!I do usually get the ones with the caffiene in but got these this time around!These have a slightly sweeter flavour than the caffeinated version but still a really lovely flavour! On their own, they’re still nice, but I like to add a splash of squash/diluting juice. Just makes it more like juice! I love it this way and I actually look forward to drinking it daily! If you're someone who struggles to drink enough water, this is a brilliant way to make you feel more hydrated and less tired! Of course you should always drink water but these do help!I love that they’re sugar-free and have 0 calories, but still have electrolytes (the point of getting them lol) and some Vitamin C. I’ve definitely noticed that I feel less sluggish now that I have one daily, especially during warmer months or if I’ve not drunk enough water the day befpre. They're also great after long walks or a busy day when you need a little something extra to help your body rehydrate! They are to help with exercse/sports of course!This is genuinely just part of my daily routine now. I’ve found they help reduce that dry, tired feeling you sometimes get mid-afternoon, and they make it so easy to get more water in without any added sugar or artificial nonsense.If you find them a little strong, or prefer a lighter taste, just pop half a tablet in instead. Or add more water/squash to adjust the flavour exactly how you like it. Super versatile! I now chuck one in a large glass/bottle of water with some diluting juice and we are good to go!✅ Pros:Tastes great (love the berry but the mango is good too)No weird smell (if you know you know)Zero sugar & zero caloriesVitamin C boostEasy to carry in your bag or pop in a water bottle on the goIdeal for daily use, not just sports🚫 Cons:None personally! Quick dissolving and good taste
High 5 Zero has become my go-to electrolyte brand because they’re affordable enough to keep buying regularly. I’ve tried both the Berry and Grapefruit flavors—they dissolve quickly, which is convenient, and while they’re a bit on the sweet side, they do a great job of keeping me hydrated. In fact, they’re so effective (and tasty) that other family members keep sneaking them too! If you’re looking for a reliable and budget-friendly electrolyte option, these are definitely worth trying.

Exactly as described and delicious
What to say, exactly as described and I was pleased the blackcurrant flavour is quite nice. Taste a bit like blackcurrant flavour squash, but significantly less sweet. A bit as if you put the tiniest drop of it in the water.This is excellent if you have diabetes and you’ve been running high blood sugars and cannot stop drinking. It breaks that cycle and it relieves that thirst.I also drink these when I need more liquids but want something nicier than water.It mixes well and it does not leave a patina on top of the water as some do.It has a little of fizz but it doesn’t feel sparkly, and based on research this has a good amount and balance of electrolytes, so I can’t wait for it to be on offer again!Also it’s generally decent value as one tablet will do 750ml or up to a L so great! - you can put 1 tab in 400-500ml too if you want a more concentrated flavour too.Would recommend
