1kg SOYA Beans Lactose free High Protein

I purchased these because the other there are too many disappointed customers in the review section saying there are too many bad soya beans and showing in the picture. So I went with quality even though a little expensive and it was worth every penny. Definitely would recommend them. If you've never cooked soya before as myself, they double in size after soaking. So be ware that you will end up with a large amount depending on how much you soak. Just use an amount where you can vision it double in size and if you are happy that then that's the amount to use.

Healthier than chickpeas but used in exactly the same way. Helps as a part of a low-carb diet and stretches out my shopping money as a low-cost source of protein. Soy / Soya bean (two names for the same bean) and bacon casserole is a tasty favourite.

The quality of the red beans is excellent! This is my second purchase, and I’m just as satisfied as the first time.The customer service was also fantastic—very friendly and helpful. The whole experience has been great, and I’ll definitely continue buying from here. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought a few of these and put in Mylar bags to fill up my “preppers pantry”. Cheap and healthy. Perfect for my family and I for future use, will last indefinitely when stored correctly

Not all the same size! Not round either. Tried fertilizer to increase. Sad show
