100% works for my hot flashes
I’m 51 years old and has been suffering with intense hot flashes and night sweats on and off for years. Recently it got unbearable again. Had labs done and still no help from my doctor. Out of desperation I started reading reviews on Amazon and found this product. Well, yesterday I realized after only a couple weeks I’m actually only getting a couple hot flashes a day and I’m waking up without night sweats.Am I back to normal? No. But this product 100% works for me. I can function. I’m not a complete mess. Love it. It helps minimal hot flashes. Take 3 weeks or so to fully work. I was having 15 plus hot flashes a day now none or a couple!

So far everything is good. Easy to swallow, natural ingredients, and not a bad price. I have only been taking them for a week so I will update on mood and energy.

No more hot flashes.
I started taking this because I was waking up with hot flashes everynight. I believe these pills have helped with that, but unfortuntely, I dont feel like Im getting any of the other "benefits" from it. I will say though, I have taken one complete bottle, and started a new one, and my period hasnt came back since i started taking them, which is really interesting.
