It's good quaity and useful

Great idea if you've got two hoses that you're always swapping over. It's very sturdy, and the valves work well. My only issue was that it leaked around the thread between the tap fitting and the unit, but this was solved with some PTFE tape. I now can keep both hoses installed, AND have a tap for filling the watering can or bucket.

The item is exactly as described by vendor & seem to be of good quality, a replacement which is yet to be used, I do not envisage any problem when it is put to use.it is ... Many Thnx: Rand J

The difference this has made to managing watering my garden is amazing! I've now run a hose to the back of the garden for vegetables and a hose to the flower garden too. Also the ability to fill a bucket/watering can without having to disconnect a hose is so useful - as the builders found when recently doing work on the outside of the house. This little gadget has made a big difference (my arthritic hands are grateful too!).

Does exactly what it’s supposed to

This is a very useful adaptor which lets you use more than just a hose on an outside tap. In the summer I connect the hose to one of the connectors and then fill my watering can from the longer side tap. I can then attach my power washer hose to the other connector. Makes things so much easier, no need for constant connecting and disconnecting, and the quality is high so it lasts a good length of time and stands up to regular use. This is actually a replacement for the same unit I've had for over ten years and which has only just started to leak!

After 14 months started leaking and now cannot be closed and is useless. Warranty 12 months only. Hozelock customer service never replied to the email.

Bought as a replacement, first one split over winter.I like the adaptability of these and use one for the hose reel and one for a dog shower, connected to a hot water feed! 😁Not sure about the added value of the bit on the end, I just fill watering cans from the hose.Only downside is that with my outside tap, I needed a second washer to seal the fitting fully.
