I suffered nerve damage in my arm/elbow and this support was a game changer. I'd strongly advise getting it. It's cheap and effective. I draw a lot and use my arms for work so having this on hand is a life saver when my arm starts acting up.

Full bicep to wrist support feels good apart from it’s too loose on the wrist, providing no compression for my sprain in that area

I am delighted with this product. For years I have struggled with cheap white elastic bandage for my arms which rolls up, and eventually goes slack. I have woken up with the cheap stuff all rolled up round my wrist, with nothing on my elbow at all! Not so with this product. I completely endorse what other people have said that it stays put and is super comfortable. The support is surprisingly good as you almost don't notice the compression/support. A couple of minor points - I am very short and my arms proportionately of course are shorter than some, so I have had to turn back the wrist cuff otherwise it would be on my hand - no big problem. Also I am right on the border measurement wise between small and medium, I went for medium but it still offers support and comfort; I think the small size would be too tight for my arm size. I also bought the black as it is less obvious at work, and just looks like part of my black t shirt tops, and it's actually quite smart. I 100% recommend and will be getting more!
