Really hurt my feet. I have 2 black pairs which are great but these seem to be higher and harder on the upper side if each one which ends up causing pain so I cannot wear them. Too bad, I needed another pair. Should have purchased the black ones.

I’ve been dealing with PF pain for 9 solid months and although it did improve over the summer it recently came back with a vengeance. Wearing these all day in the house (I work from home) in addition to my slippers has made a huge improvement! I guess I needed more arch support, I wish I had figured it out sooner. I was even able to wear them with my Adidas today, I just had to loosen the laces first. I have no issues with them sliding off while I walk, maybe it’s the black pair that had that issue - one review I read said they are different. Or maybe the user is not wrapping them tightly enough, the nude stay on my size 9 feet just fine. Yes they’ll get left behind when I slip my foot out of the sneaker without untying them, but so what? Reducing my foot pain by 90% is well worth a 5 star review.

I've had planters fasciitis in both feet and a fallen arch on my left foot. This product is a total waste of money. Arch supports are the best and as far as a falling Arch, you have to teach yourself how to walk correctly. I no longer use the $1,800 boot my podiatrist made for me and now I get by with Good feet, arch supports and some physical therapy and after decades of pain I pretty much walk, pain free now and in my '70s and in learning how to walk and improving your posture. You will notice that not only will your feet problems go away but so will your deep problems and your hip problems but it takes time

I have a history of plantar fasciitis and have high arches. I love to go barefoot but can no longer do that for fear the plantar fasciitis will return. I bought these arch supports so that I could walk around the house without always having to wear shoes/slippers. So far they seem to be doing the trick. The problem I have with these is that they only come in one size and they seem to be a bit loose on my feet. To be clear, I do not have especially small feet. I wear a size 9 medium width shoe and have a very high arch. These arch supports have a stretchy band with velcro to pull them tight & close them. But they are kind of loose so that if I put on my slipper socks over them, they sometimes twist around and stay in the sock when I pull it off. Because you are only supposed to hand wash and air dry, I bought a second pair to be able to wear them while waiting for the first pair to dry; and I did notice that the second pair which is beige has a slightly different design to them and does seem to fit better than my first black pair. Anyway, they do seem to provide good arch support and I have not had any return of foot pain. Its nice to have something to enable me to not have to wear shoes around the house!
