Heavy friand pan
This pan is quite heavy and is of a good quality. Oval shaped cakes came out perfectly. I haven't used it for friands yet. It was worth every penny.

I used the tray for baking friands. Excellent quality.

Perfect friands every time
Very solid and expensive looking pan. Non stick works well. Easy to clean. Recommend for friands but also muffins or quiches. Each one is a generous size and a mini one is also available if you want smaller cakes.

Pricey but good quality.
Difficult to find metal friend tin and then it was expensive but was exactly what I wanted; good quality too. I do not like silicone cake moulds.

Heavy moulds but great results
Masterclass friand trays immediately look and feel well made and professional. They are heavy trays so if this is an issue I would recommend using the silicone mould versions.For anyone making friands for the first time, the mix is rather strange, more a batter than a traditional cake mix, but keep going as it makes 12 deliciously light cakes. The mould cooked my cakes perfectly, and thankfully there were no issues tipping them out or washing up.I would recommend Masterclass mould/trays as long as you can manage their weight.

Perfect!
Excellent tin that has so far turned out perfect cakes every time - just the right size for a single serving, a little different being oval, that turn out without problems, plus the tins are incredibly easy to clean!
