This hedge trimmer cuts through branches easily, I'd estimate up to 1" in diameter with no problem.. It is a beast for battery operated. I've always had good luck with Kobalt and this tool fits right in. If you need a battery operated, trimmer, this 40V is a great choice!

I love my Kobalt lawnmower, so when I saw this hedge trimmer that uses the same battery and charger I already have for the mower, I just had to get it. It has been discontinued at the local home improvement stores. I did all the old thick boxwoods and other woody bushes around the house in a half hour and battery still going! Love how quickly it recharges too. Arrived quickly, in days, in perfect condition, so thank you seller! Hat tip to you,Vets!

Lightweight very durable fast cutting. Went all around my house in just a few minutes time . Highly recommend! Excellent power!

I like that it is light weight and cuts quickly. Even my 10 year old grandson was able to operate without a problem.

Works as expected and is a great addition to my 40v "collection".Cuts cleanly and handles small twigs without issue. Lightweight construction and easy to hold which is welcomed when working around the yard all day.A small negative for me but could be a deal breaker for some: I wish they gave you a better blade cover for safety and to keep it clean. The basic plastic guard is not durable if you transport the trimmer around it falls off easily and doesnt cover the rail which can hurt you or another object if bumped.

I love my battery operated hedge trimmer because it is battery operated so no cords to drag around and it is light weight and gets the job done quickly.
