An easy to set up phone. Clear to see for my mum whose eyes are going. Four contacts are available to set up with photographs, you need to print off pictures yourself. A bit tricky if you are not technically minded. That being said you could just write the names and place underneath the large size buttons. A good quality phone that is good value for money.

Absolute rubbish . Do not buy this phone .First one didn’t work . Returned it and bought it again . Second phone was probably the first one sent back out as this one also does not work . Had it a for under a year but nowhere to send it back or get it looked at . Should still be under a warranty but just going around in circles on here trying to return it .

Bought this for my mom who has brain injury and it’s easy for her to use. It was easy to set up the fast dial and emergency numbers and great phone. Easy for her to put in the docking station to charge without have to fiddle with wires and plugging into charging port. Great for the elderly. It’s not a smart phone but great for emergencies

I feel there was a missed opportunity here to make a fantastic phone for the elderly. That opportunity was that they missed out on having a loud speaker on it (hands free) with a hands free option this could of been a first class phone for the elderly as my old mum can't hear it so well. But the basic idea of the phone is unparalleled to other makes of phone. But the no loud speaker is the only reason this gets 3 and not 5 stars. It seems to have a very good battery life as well. UPDATE after having this phone for such a sort period about 2 weeks I’m find charging up is becoming a pain as when you put the lead in to charge it you have to fiddle around with the wire. I know it’s not the wire at fault because I’ve tried afew leads and all have been the Same. Also for and old people’s phone the buttons are way to sensitive

for some reason it does not work. all installed following instructions. try to use contacts but it stops call. it is not fit for purpose so i require a replacement

A good choice for anyone with dementia wanting a simple communication device. One drawback is there is no Vowifi so in poor reception areas it is useless, keeps dropping out. So sound quality can be poor.

The phone is absolutely brilliant brought for my Dad who's 89.And it's perfect he has no problem using it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
